The myANMC Patient Portal is an online health management tool provided by Cerner and the Alaska Native Medical Center. Our Patient-Centered Medical Home model is designed to strengthen our patient relationships and evidence-based care models, the myANMC Patient Portal helps you connect with your health profile wherever you go.
To explore your Patient Portal, please take a moment to request an account from our Medical Front Desk staff by calling 486-9870 or requesting set up at your next visit. You will be asked to provide an email address and a self-identifying answer to get you into the system. The self-identifier is your choice of zip code, last 4 digits of your SSN, or the year you graduated from high school, and will act as a temporary password for your myANMC account. Once logged in, you will be prompted to choose a new password of your own.
myANMC allows you to view:
- future appointments
- secure communications with your Care Team
- a clinical record summary (current medications, allergies, immunizations, health issues, surgeries, and procedures)
- limited lab results (potentially excluding sensitive test results or results that may require further discussion with your Provider)
- limited personal information
- a clinical document generator (a snapshot of medical information for a single visit or all visits)
